My husband and I, our conditioner stopped working Thanksgiving day and on Friday morning we tried to figure out what was wrong with it and figured it was either a capacitor or fan motor and called around to a few A/C companies and they were either closed and didn’t come to Labelle. Contacted FBI air and reached a young man by the name of Justin which was the tech on call and this young man way above to help us and in the end did fix our A/C and I will be using FBI air in the future. Can not tell you enough good things about what Rich and Frank did for us on our new Air Conditioner installation! They not only under bid several ac companies that we had out for estimates. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and in a professional manor.
Their technicians Josh and Anthony did a Great job! On top of all this when the supply house didn’t have the filter we wanted they upgraded to a much more expensive unit and passed it along to us at no charge,something I feel few companies would have done,but they did!
